Review of Guest Lecture
Dated on 15th November 2022, we the students of PGDE, Kathmandu University were presented a guest lecture session by Principal of Ullens School Mr. Medin Lamichhane through which we got to know about so many things that's happening in his school as well as some guidelines that other school have to follow in creating a better teaching learning environment. Here are some of my major takeaways from the session. 1. Moving to different directions with curriculum based teaching as it keeps students up with the changing world and opens the door for collaboration. 2. Regular teacher development program for better learning outcomes, through regular TDP, educators can learn better way to teach and have better planning skills and the classroom can be more productive, efficient and effective. 3.
